GLOBALCash, Inc., a subsidiary of PayStar Corporation, has entered into a joint venture partnership with International Global Xchange, Inc. (IGX), a Canadian based provider of international prepaid virtual (eWallet) accounts, ATM debit cards and processor of financial transaction services. GLOBALCash will utilize the IGX suite of eWallet stored value services which are hosted by major multinational financial institutions. A rechargeable stored value card accompanies the accounts for cardholders outside of the U.S. and Canada and will contain additional services such as unified messaging and loyalty programs.

Mattel (la Mauritano-Tunisienne de Telecommunications) in Mauritania has awarded a Prepaid System upgrade and expansion contract to Tecnomen. This upgrade enables Mattel to extend its prepaid value added services to its customers, including additional Discounts Based on Usage, Bonuses Based on Recharge, Mobile Originated SMS Recharge and Balance Query.

Techedge, Inc., an international mobile VoIP and wireless broadband solution provider, will conduct a commercial network trial with Tonggong Dianzi Jishu Co., Ltd. (Taiji Tonggong) in Hanzhou City, China, for the purpose of building a nationwide wireless IP broadband network that will enable service providers to deliver online entertainment content throughout China. Taiji Tonggong is a network builder that holds a 3.5GHz frequency license in China. Initially, this network will connect to user clusters, such as Internet Cafes, to capitalize on the booming online gaming and video markets. The deployment of the network is expected to start in the Fall of 2005.
