NACT Adds Managed Services
Managed Telecom Solutions Empower Telecom Providers
Provo, UT (July 7, 2005) NACT, a telecom solutions provider, has
purchased KASA Enterprises, a vendor of professional managed services,
co-location, switch and port rental, and VoIP to VoIP carrier management
services.
KASA Enterprises, located in Delray Beach, FL, will operate as a
wholly owned subsidiary of NACT and will market its services worldwide
under its new Relius service brand. Kevin Gunderson, former president/owner
of KASA will assume the role of general manager. In addition, Curt
Barnes has been appointed as director of sales for KASA.
“We see a tremendous opportunity to provide a broad spectrum
of services to telecom providers,” said Eric Gurr, CEO of
NACT. “These services range from port and switch rental all
the way to professional managed services. Facility-based providers
desperately need technical expertise to help them efficiently configure
and maintain technical infrastructure. KASA’s Relius Managed
Telecom Solutions solves this problem by letting providers outsource
all or part of their technical operations to KASA engineers.”
