VendTek and iSend Partner on Prepaid Services

Enable International Top-Up and Financial Vouchers

VANCOUVER, CANADA (June 18, 2012) VendTek Systems Inc. (VSI:TSX VENTURE), a developer and licensor of software for the global prepaid and financial services markets, has a distribution partnership with iSend, a US electronic payment service for people who support family members in other countries.

The partnership extends the availability of each company's service offerings. Under the arrangement, iSend's international mobile phone top-up service will be available in more than 15,000 additional Canadian retail locations. In turn, iSend will resell VendTek's prepaid services, including Canadian mobile phone top-up, and financial vouchers, through iSend's retail network.

iSend's top-up service lets people add prepaid minutes to the mobile phones of family and friends in other countries . iSend's relationships with predominant mobile carriers enable convenient support for family and friends throughout the Americas, the Caribbean, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, including the Indian subcontinent.

iSend will be reselling the following VendTek services:
* Mobile Phone Top-up - iSend will have access to Canada's mobile carriers for which to provide PIN-based phone top-ups.
* Prepaid Payment Vouchers - Prepaid payment vouchers can be used on online sites such as entertainment sites and Voice over IP (VoIP) companies. With prepaid payment vouchers, customers can now pay for the voucher in cash at any of iSend's retail locations and then be presented with a code they use to pay for their purchase on websites that accept the voucher as a form of payment.
* Prepaid Credit Card Vouchers - Prepaid Credit Card vouchers are similar to Prepaid Payment vouchers but accepted everywhere online that allows for credit card payments. Customers will be able to pay cash at any of iSend's retail locations and then redeem the activation code online to receive a secure credit card number, expiration date and CVV to start shopping.
