| TransCard to Offer New Traveler Prepaid Card | | Offers Safe Alternative to Traveling with Cash | | CHATTANOOGA, TN (March 4, 2013) TransCard, provider of prepaid products to financial institutions of all sizes, has launched the Traveler Prepaid Card. A safe and convenient alternative to cash, credit, and debit when traveling, TransCard says this card protects customers' bank balances and credit lines if the card is ever lost or stolen.
Financial institution customers can move money for their travels onto the Traveler Prepaid Card. No credit check or bank account information is required.
And with mobile account access for both Apple and Android users, tracking spending and balances on the Traveler Prepaid Card while on the road is easy. Cardholders can get access to real-time balance alerts, transaction history, card-to-card transfers, and more. Traveler Prepaid Card customers will also be able to upgrade to an EMV version of the Traveler card this summer.
